We want to ensure you have a smooth and positive experience with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for order cancellations, refunds, returns, and replacements.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

We understand mistakes happen! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@senseless.in. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind that orders may be processed quickly, and we might not be able to cancel an order that's already in process.

If your cancellation is approved and the order was prepaid, we will initiate a refund within 1-2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products (printed to order just for you!), we generally cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please carefully review our size chart and color options before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we're happy to offer a replacement! To ensure a smooth exchange, please make sure the product meets the following criteria:

  • Received within the last 2 days of your order date.
  • In original packaging with tags attached.
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Accompanied by a short video clearly showing the defect.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase included.

Here's how to initiate a return for a defective item:

  1. Contact us at contact@senseless.in with your order number and details about the defect.
  2. Attach the video proof of the defective product.
  3. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
  • We cannot issue a replacement without receiving the item or proof of received return delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse replacements at our sole discretion.
